Job description

Responsible in data collection on requirement of assembly manufacturing and component capability information in order to assist Quality Engineers to develop inspection and component specifications to incorporate those requirements

Lead QA operators to perform inspection in time according procedure requirement

Maintain all QA quality related records for quality control activities . Deploys statistical analysis to analyze the data, assist Quality Engineer to maintain related manufacturing system.

Feedback suspected / defect materials to Quality Engineer timely and assist in containment activities'

Optimize inspection flow and method , improve inspection efficiency, and reduce the inspection loss.

Perform audit to assure inspection conformity to procedure and ISO requirement

Participate in new product development and assist in evaluating the new materials and qualify machines or modifications carried out in the manufacturing line that requires QA approval and ensure that these introductions or changes have no adverse effect on the product quality

Hands-on execution of quality assurance activities which include the direct inspection of parts, initial investigation and documentation on quality failures and customer returns, and providing essential data and logistical support to Quality Engineer for resolution of complaints and process improvements

Provide the training for QA operators, in the Quality Management System, Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, where necessary

To carry out assignment and assist Quality Engineer , QA Manager and above in overall quality assurance activities as per required

To ensure that quality activities performance by incumbent and subordinates (if any) fall in line with MS ISO 9001 and ISO 14001/45001 procedures.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to use the computer including MS office applications
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
