In this role, your primary responsibility is to support engineers in the initial investigation of product failures related to market complaints, as part of a dedicated team of 10 members. As a technician, you will be responsible for managing complaint samples received from the market, including movement of samples to the lab, performing sample disinfection, organizing proper sample storage, and ensuring appropriate disposal of sample waste.
This technician role offers valuable development opportunities for building both technical and cross‑functional skills. Through hands‑on involvement in complaint sample handling and product failure investigations, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and quality systems. Working closely with engineers and manufacturing teams also enhances your communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
