Job Description

• To perform routine laboratory analysis of milling, batching, packing samples and raw materials according to the instruction of the Laboratory Guidelines in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
• To keep Lab facilities in good condition, promptly report any sign of equipment defect or breakdown to the superior.
• To clean up the place and facility after testing completion, tidy and housekeep the Lab facilities and premises daily, to turn off equipment, power and water before closing and leaving.
• To ensure economical consumption of materials and utilities.
• To make proper recordings and filing of testing results and other documents.
• To ensure the confidentiality of company’s wheat grist, flour and wheat quality.
• To report and discuss promptly to the QA supervisor or QA Executive of any problem, arising matters, any deviation of plan.
• To conduct, review and verify the issuance of COAs, flour or products specifications and necessary documents as required by customers.
• To perform routine laboratory analysis of milling, batching, packing samples and raw materials according to the instruction of the Laboratory Guidelines in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
• To ensure PPE and safety procedures are observed strictly at all times and to comply strictly with the requirements of HACCP, Good Laboratory Practice.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science or any related field
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Able to work in shift.
