Job summary

A leading food manufacturer in Malaysia is looking for an Executive in Quality Assurance & Control. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, manage the QC laboratory, and train staff on quality and safety issues. A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology is required. This role plays a critical part in implementing solutions for product quality and minimizing manufacturing wastage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff performed routine in accordance to job specification.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity.
• Perform quality audit and check the conformance of manufacturing process.
