Job summary

TALBROS PRECISION MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products meet customer specifications through incoming, in-process and final inspections. You will record results, maintain quality documentation, and support NCRs and corrective actions in coordination with Production and QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Control / Quality Assurance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards (preferred but not compulsory).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and quality improvement activities.
• Work closely with production team to solve quality issues.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO quality systems.
