Job summary

A leading quality inspection firm in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist. The successful candidate will conduct quality inspections, develop and maintain quality procedures, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience or fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply. This role offers an environment for hands-on experience in quality management and enhancement in product output.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of quality inspection methods and measurement tools.

Job description

Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections based on established standards.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection checklists.

Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and related documentation.

Conduct functional testing and verification of products before shipment.

Support supplier quality evaluation and monitoring activities.

Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all work complies with safety and quality management requirements.

Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.

1–3 years of QA/QC experience (fresh graduates considered for junior roles).

Strong understanding of quality inspection methods, measurement tools, and basic engineering principles.

Knowledge of ISO quality systems and documentation.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
