QA Manager (PCB Manufacturing) (ID: 686399)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Process Quality Engineering team to achieve manufacturing quality objectives.
- Manage IPQA inspectors and supervisors to ensure effective execution of in-process quality controls.
- Oversee MRB activities, ensuring timely review, disposition, and documentation of non-conforming materials and products.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among Quality, Production, Engineering, and Planning teams to address quality challenges and enhance operational performance.
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and continuously implement improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality performance targets.
Education & Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Flexible and proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Highly ethical, adaptable, and results-driven professional.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing quality engineers and/or inspection teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with MRB handling and in-process quality systems.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Familiarity with quality management systems including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
