Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the company’s quality management initiatives and ensure compliance with both customer and regulatory standards. The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), handling customer complaints, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and working closely with the Production and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce defect rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Lead customer complaint management, including root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and prevention of recurrence.
  • Supervise incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections to ensure product conformity and process consistency.
  • Plan and conduct internal quality audits and management reviews, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Analysis methodologies.
  • Lead, train, and develop the Quality Control team to strengthen quality awareness and operational discipline.
  • Manage supplier quality performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
Professional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems and audit procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and quality control tools (7 QC Tools, MSA, SPC).
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay for reading, writing, and communication.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and quality reporting or analytical software applications.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management or supervisory role within a manufacturing industry.
