Job summary

Kayaku Safety Systems Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is a newly established Malaysian subsidiary focused on manufacturing automotive safety devices. The role involves assisting engineers with QA activity management and reporting, and supporting root cause analysis efforts to address quality issues.

The position also covers revising SOPs and Control Plans, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring records are organized and accessible to support manufacturing operations in Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in managing and reporting results of QA activities
• Support engineers in conducting root cause analysis investigations and follow-up actions related to quality issues
• Support engineers in revising and controlling Control Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related quality documentation
• Communicate proactively with team members to provide updates and escalate issues when needed
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior in support of QA operations
• Assist engineers in managing and reporting results of QA activities
• Maintain and update masterlists, quality documents, and relevant records in an organized and accessible manner
