Job summary

A leading ISO9001 certified engineering firm in Penang is seeking a quality assurance specialist. The role involves maintaining inspection records, resolving quality issues, and ensuring documentation compliance. Candidates should have a diploma in mechanical engineering and strong mathematical skills. Experience in manufacturing quality control is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year QC experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on the job.
• Work with internal & external parties to resolve quality issues as quickly as possible.
• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively.
• Perform accurate mechanical, physical & visual inspection of parts.
• Accurately document the results of the inspection & testing.
• Ensure that all parts & components have been tested & measured within specifications/tolerances.
