Job description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our team at Microlead Precision Technology Sdn Bhd. As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products, playing a crucial role in maintaining our high standards. This is a full-time position based in our Bayan Lepas, Penang facility.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Record and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and report findings to the QA Supervisor/Engineer.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and ISO standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities within the QA department.

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in relevant fields (Manufacturing, Engineering, QA/QC).
• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
