A packaging technology company in Selangor is searching for a Quality Control Assistant to aid the Head of Department in maintaining the company's quality management system and ensuring compliance with standards. The role involves monitoring quality control processes, managing customer feedback, and documenting quality assurance procedures. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Assist HOD to maintain the Company’s QMS requirements to ensure all activities within the QMS are compliance with standards, customers’ requirements and specifications as well as the Company’s quality policy.
Assist HOD to monitor and also support/perform QC of incoming, in-process & post production and outgoing in compliance with predefined specification and quality standard to meet customers’ requirements and satisfaction.
Assist HOD in quality documentation such as preparing standards / specifications, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of products.
Assist HOD to manage customer feedback / complaints, initiate correction/corrective action request, follow-up correction/corrective action plan result and submit findings to the Management.
To report all defective/rejection and quality issues to QA department.
Responsible for all aspects of quality control and assurance activities.
To assist QA department in all continual improvement program.
To perform tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
