As a QA Engineer at INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products. This full-time position is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor, and will involve working closely with our production teams to implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive quality control plans and procedures
• Conducting regular inspections, testing, and analyses to identify and address quality issues
• Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Documenting quality data and preparing detailed reports for management
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing quality initiatives

• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance best practices
