Job Responsibilities
  • Visit customers to provide quality services to customer when necessary.
  • Liaise with customers pertaining to quality, specifications issues and continuous improvement programs.
  • Whenever necessary to participate and drive assigned improvement programs.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments with reference to customers’ requirement complaints and quality issues for resolutions & QMS concern.
  • Implementation of 5 core tools requirements for customers.
  • Conduct internal audit and support QMS
  • Follow up on the effectiveness of the implementation for the corrective action plans and provide the reports to the relevant customers or parties.
  • Ensure all departments subscribing to the standard procedures stipulated in the respective work manuals.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal review and for submission to customers.
  • Support the QA function superior on maintenance of the QMS performance improvement programs review and ensuring that all actions taken rose from the nonconforming product & ICAR are carried out accordingly.
  • Collect and compile SPC data for customer monthly report submission.
  • Support calibration planning including MSA activity.
  • Carry out any job or task given by superior or company management when required.
