Job Scope

1. Quality Management & Compliance

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) across all manufacturing sites

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality procedures

Oversee internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits and manage corrective actions

2. Quality Operations & Control

Lead and manage global QA teams to conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections

Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and material certifications

Ensure non-conforming products are properly identified, documented, and resolved

3. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Investigate quality issues and customer complaints using RCA, CAPA, and 8D methodologies

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools

Reduce quality risks while balancing cost, efficiency, and delivery

4. Cross-Functional & Customer Support

Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project teams to ensure quality throughout the manufacturing process

Support quality requirements for metal forming, fabrication, surface treatment, and assembly

Represent quality function in customer and management discussions

Lead, coach, and develop the global QA team

Prepare quality KPIs, reports, and performance updates for senior management

Promote a strong quality culture across the organization

Job Requirement:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 15 years experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment

At least 5 years in a QA managerial or leadership role

Strong knowledge of metal forming, fabrication, welding, and surface treatment processes
