A reputable company in Selangor is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to lead the Quality Management System. The role requires ensuring compliance with quality requirements, organizing audits, and promoting customer awareness across the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience with ISO 9001 and strong leadership skills.
Position : Quality Assurance Assistant Manager (HOD)
Reports : Executive Director
Sub-Ordinate : Document Controller, Executives, Lab Assistant , QA Inspector, & QC Inspector
RESPONSIBILITY
Appointed as Quality Management System Head and Management Representative :
Ensuring that processes and quality needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
To structure the QMS to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Determine QMS improvements needed and recommend for corrective action to prevent recurrence of non-conformance.
Plan, coordinate, schedule and implement successful internal quality audit, external ISO/TS audits, customer audits, other audits.
To liaise with external bodies and customers on matters relating to quality system.
Reporting to Top Management on the performance of the QMS and any improvement
Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Head APQP and be responsible for the smooth running of the technical and commercial viability of all project development process and PPAP documentation
