Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience in Python/Django development
• Solid experience developing applications in a banking or financial environment, including requirements analysis, implementation, and user support
• Ability to define technical solutions compatible with existing systems
• Experience designing intuitive user interfaces and optimizing databases to meet business needs
• Familiarity with Datastage, Power BI, and SQL Server
• Ability to manage requirement specifications, solution proposals, and system/user testing

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in solution definition alongside Business Analysts
• Produce design and technical documentation
• Assist in designing information system architectures
• Develop or integrate third-party software components in coordination with other IT teams, ensuring alignment with technical architecture standards (performance, quality, security)
• Conduct unit and integration testing
• Support operations during user acceptance testing phases
• Configure applications as required
• Participate in cross-functional acceptance and performance testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement, maintaining up-to-date documentation and test datasets
• Ensure day-to-day operational monitoring of assigned applications
• Diagnose and resolve application issues
• Support business teams with data extraction, updates, configurations, and tool implementation
