Purchasing / Production Control / Marketing Executive
Are you an experienced Executive in automotive manufacturing industry?
We're seeking a few key roles to join our big family.
1) Purchasing / Procurement (Assistant Manager / Senior Executive)
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and select suppliers for raw materials, components and equipment required for electronic parts manufacturing process.
- Negotiate and secure contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
- Ensure that all purchased goods and services meet the factory’s quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock to prevent production delays.
- Co‑ordinate with production and inventory teams to forecast material needs.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery time, pricing).
- Monitor supplier adherence to contracts and regulatory standards.
- Initiate improvements for purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Additional certification in Purchasing (eg. CIPS) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the electronics parts / semiconductor / automotive industry.
- Knowledge of electronic parts manufacturing processes, materials, and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin, is an advantage to deal with China counterparts.
2) Production Control / Planning Senior Executive
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with the production, quality and engineering teams.
- Monitor production workflow to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Adjust plans in response to changes in customer demand, production delays, or material availability.
- Forecast material requirements based on production plans, sales forecasts, and inventory policies.
- Develop and implement material planning strategies to align with production goals and customer demand.
- Oversee the use of MRP / ERP software to generate accurate material requirements, purchase orders, and inventory schedules.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, procurement, and logistics) to coordinate material flow and minimize production disruptions.
- Analyze historical data, production forecasts, and market trends to predict future material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods.
- Implement and follow up on inventory control procedures to minimize obsolescence and stockouts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock records and timely dispatches.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a material planner or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven expertise in utilizing MRP/ERP systems to manage material planning.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to optimize inventory, minimize costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet production deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and supply chain best practices.
3) Marketing Executive (2 positions)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the sales performance and drive to achieve sales target.
- Plan and implement marketing strategy to achieve overall sales target and objective.
- Develop pricing strategy to optimize the selling price.
- Constantly update management on the requirement of the purchaser & market survey.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of business plan, especially in managing the activities for achieving the company’s sales target.
- Plan, co‑ordinate and implement sales promotion, exhibition and launching.
- Monitor the industrial pricing and marketing strategy and gather the market intelligence.
- Provide marketing support, material and plan for effective sales promotion.
- Update constantly on the market demand, trend and supplier pricing.
- Prepare monthly management report and conduct feasibility study (when required).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Candidate shall possess Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and Mechatronic Engineering or another related technical field. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in an executive position of Marketing, preferably in automotive industry.
- Possess good command of written and spoken English. Ability to converse in Mandarin (for China market) is an added advantage.
