Overview

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for logistics and supplier coordination? If you love making things run smoothly behind the scenes and want to be part of a high-performing team, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the Section Head and Department Head with strategic purchasing plans and material planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of purchasing activities to keep raw materials flowing to the production line.
  • Maintain great relationships with suppliers to secure on-time deliveries and keep optimal inventory levels.
  • Participate in supplier development, audits, and performance reviews alongside department leaders.
  • Lead and guide a team of purchasing staff in daily activities: purchasing, shipping, delivery follow-up, receiving, and issuing materials.
  • Coordinate with departments like Sales & Distribution, Production, R&D, and Finance to align on inventory, spare parts, and manufacturing needs.
  • Champion safety, health, environmental practices, and quality standards within the team.
Who We’re Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent (minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper).
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • A resourceful, hands-on team player who can think fast and solve problems independently.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a big plus!
