Job description

Execute procurement tasks for PXJB and Halal-certified raw materials, supplies, and daily office necessities.

Responsible for creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders; verifying delivery notes, invoices, and related documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Conduct daily inventory checks of raw materials, ensure reasonable procurement, and monitor stock levels.

Prepare and maintain an approved supplier list, review supplier performance to ensure raw material quality, and negotiate prices and terms.

Prepare monthly procurement reports and raw material inventory reports.

Source new materials and raw ingredients, compare supplier prices, and reduce costs.

Verify and process monthly supplier statements (PXJB, Halal).

Assist with office procurement of supplies and food items.

Carry out special assignments as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

SPM level and above

At least 1 years of work experience in procurement or related positions

Candidates with experience in the food industry or Halal procurement processes are preferred

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.

Strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English and Malay.
