Procurement & Sourcing
  • Identify and source reliable suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Request and evaluate quotations to ensure cost competitiveness and quality compliance.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Maintain updated records of suppliers, materials, and price lists.
Vendor & Relationship
Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards are met.
  • Resolve any supplier-related issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
Project Coordination
  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and contract team to understand material requirements.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
  • Support project teams by tracking and coordinating deliveries with construction schedules.
Cost & Compliance
  • Monitor procurement budgets and ensure purchases are cost-effective.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining required standards.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, specifications, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
