Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as assigned by Factory Manager and Director.
• Report unusual activities to management.
• Purchase materials for inventory and customer orders.
• Review purchase orders and monitor order confirmations.
• Resolve errors and investigate discrepancies in material deliveries.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To perform tasks assigned by Factory Manager and Director in line with Company’s goals and objectives.
• Report daily unusual activities to Factory Manager & Human Resource Department.
• Purchasing material for inventory and non-stock items for customer orders.
• Reviewing Purchase Orders and sending over to vendors.
• Monitoring to make sure orders went through and confirm expected ship dates and updating system.
• Resolving errors on purchase orders as required.
• Investigating and determining what/how/why material came in incorrectly or damaged (for non-conformances).
• Reviewing open Purchase Orders not issued.
• Filing Purchase Orders.
• Assisting with cycle counts (inventory).
• Reviewing reports for stock outs and expediting open orders.
• Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary (applicable for material).
• Assisting with stock rotations as needed.
• Reviewing line points/ order points for inventory stock levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are a company involved in manufacturing of reinforced concrete spun pipes, precast reinforced concrete open drains, box culvert and other precast products according to purchaser specification. Our company located in Ipoh, Perak.
