A dynamic engineering company in Penang is seeking a Purchasing cum Admin Assistant. You will manage supplier purchases, prepare invoices, and support procurement processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese. This position offers benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, annual bonuses, and medical allowances, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday.
First Air Sales & Services Engineering – Perai, Penang
Prepare PO to supplier and key in supplier invoice c/w update supplier payment
Get involve in procurement when project team request
Check email and reply email, pick up office phone call
Help to compare price at least 3 suppliers when purchase material or item
Discuss with boss and send out quotation to customer ( project costing will be prepare by engineer team, your side only mark up from cost price and send out to customer )
For those project was award by customer, need to arrange order and delivery to site, need to check and tally back the costing is it same as when their doing costing
Any other duty(s) assigned or instructed by superior from time to time
Requirement :

Mondays - Fridays : 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Saturdays : 8.30AM - 12.30PM
Working Location : Taman Bagan Butterworth
