We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our growing company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Request quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requests.
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, components, and consumables according to production needs.
Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and price negotiations.
Ensure all deliveries match the PO in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods according to PO and delivery documents.
Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area.
Maintain documentation for purchasing and inventory activities.
Ensure all records are filed properly

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Fast learner, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive working attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
