  • Receive stock from suppliers and create Goods Receive notes.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports to Sales/Senior Manager.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

They are currently looking for an industry expert for the Purchasing Assistant / Executive(Mandarin Spoken & Written is required)

Job Description

  • Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes.
  • Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
  • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time

Requirement

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing field is added advantage.
  • Candidate with F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
