Overview

At Fire Fighter, we are constantly growing, both in numbers and in knowledge. We believe that talents (like you) are what makes the company great. We are looking for Purchasing Assistant to assist in purchasing and will be reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager.

Duties and Responsibility

• Perform procurement activities and ensure smooth supply and on-time delivery of raw materials and current stock level.
• Assist and coordinate with related departments and suppliers on the product quality and other product related matters.
• Involved in sourcing, price comparison and monitoring on price variation of supplies.
• Assist in document matching, key-in data into system and arrange payment to suppliers.
• Monitor and ensure an up to date documentation control.
• Undertake work specified by HOD.

Job Requirement

• Must possess at least a SPM/STPM qualification
• Possess working experience in manufacturing purchasing & procurement environment
• Strong negotiation skills and pc literate.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and pleasant personality.

About The Job

• Salary Range: RM1.5k - 2.3k
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm; Sat 8am - 1pm
• Location: 1A, 10th Mile, Federal Highway, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
