A reputable company in Malaysia is seeking a Purchasing and Administration Executive to handle end-to-end purchasing processes and manage office administration. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration and 3–5 years of experience in purchasing and administration. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role includes additional benefits such as EPF and medical leave, with a 5.5-day work week.
Handle end-to-end purchasing: supplier sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, PO issuance, and follow-up.
Track delivery schedules, invoices, and DOs to ensure timely arrival of goods.
Build and maintain supplier database, monitor cost and quality.
Manage office administration: supplies, maintenance, document control, and company properties.
Support management with document preparation and coordination across departments.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing and administration.
Strong negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience in overseas purchasing & shipping preferred.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese. Responsible, detail-oriented, independent, and team-driven.
