JOB DESCRIPTION:

Source and evaluate suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.

Negotiate purchase terms, contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Work closely with warehouse, operations, and sales teams to align on inventory and customer needs.

Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database.

Monitor fitness equipment market trends, costs, and product availability.

Support cost optimization and procurement efficiency initiatives.

Oversee stock and inventory management – monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse, and ensure sufficient supply without overstocking.

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or equivalent.

Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Interest in fitness and, sports industry is a plus.

Willingness to learn and develop into a sales-focused role.

Need to travel out station.
