Lead and manage the PR, Marketing, and Business Development teams to achieve performance targets by regular meetings.
Lead CSR programs, sponsorships, and community-focused events with measurable outcomes.
Lead business development initiatives, including new service packages, health programs, and strategic partnerships.
Oversee crisis communication strategies and protect brand integrity in sensitive situations
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for business growth development initiatives
