Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for month end tasks related to LC/DC analysis and PO accruals.
  • Identify and resolve mismatches in booking supplier invoices.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees.
  • Follow and maintain SOP and Working Instructions.
  • Understand AP workflows to meet KPI targets.
  • Provide backup for PTP process team members.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in month end tasks related to LC/DC analysis, GIT PO accruals, etc.
  • Identify any mismatches in booking of supplier invoices and solve problems in timely manner, escalating to senior accountants/supervisor/local team if needed.
  • Timely payment to vendor and employee.
  • Follow SOP and Working Instructions strictly in daily operation, update SOP and WI in a timely basis.
  • Good understanding of AP workflows and contribute to meet KPI target.
  • Back up for team member of PTP process and support ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in finance and accounting.
  • Preferably proficient in English and Mandarin (position supports Mandarin speaking countries).
  • Relevant accounting knowledge.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office; experience on Microsoft AX 2012/Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Fast learner.
  • Willing and open to accept variety of related tasks.
