Job summary

Menara Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a Protégé Trainee for Corporate Responsibility to support a national GenAI upskilling programme. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Responsibility and involves programme delivery across 264 NADIs, stakeholder collaboration, and community building.

You will assist with monitoring, reporting, event delivery, and training sessions, leveraging strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years in CSR, sustainability, or project management.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience in managing complex programmes/projects.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Programme Management: deliver GenAI programme across Malaysia’s NADIs.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: track progress and communicate outcomes.
• Reporting: ensure timely monthly and quarterly reports.
• Event Management: organise learning and showcase events as needed.
• Community Building: nurture GenAI practitioners at NADIs and promote knowledge sharing.
• Training and Facilitation: deliver selected GenAI training sessions as required.
