Responsibilities
- Assist Planning Manager and optimize the day-to-day operations of systems and processes
 - Assist Planning Manager to coordinate with various team (e.g., project team, technical division, QAQC and others) to ensure projects are met
 - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of planning activities
 - Manage timelines & resources for operational projects
 - Collaborating with all internal parties in planning and setting up work schedule of MRO Level 4 activities in the depot
 - Create and maintain project schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks
 
Reporting Tasks
- Distribute, collect, prepare, check and compile MRO reporting
 - Create and maintain project schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks
 - Prepare and present regular reports on project status and performance
 - Prepare the minute of meetings
 
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Familiar with CMMS system is advantageous
 - Generate and update work orders in the CMMS system
 - Prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance personnel
 - Track the progress and completion of work orders
 - Maintain accurate records of all work orders in the CMMS
 - Ensure accurate and comprehensive data entry into the CMMS
 - Standardize data entry procedures and train staff on proper data entry techniques
 
Requirements / KPI
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Maintenance Management, Business Administration or a related field
 - Experience in railway engineering field
 - Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably with CMMS software
 - Strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices
 - Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM)
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Strong organizational and project management abilities
 - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
