Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the existing team in managing daily activities, and Offer the Protégé valuable hands‑on experience in Operations Management, GCEBB PMO arrangements, and Claims Management (Direct Appointed TPAs).
- Contract Issuance Tracking & Monitoring To maintain a daily record of all incoming submissions. To check and reconcile data against HW reports to ensure accuracy. To prepare a weekly report and to issue weekly reminders via email to follow up on pending items.
- To prepare a monthly report for division meeting. To participate in monthly discussions with the HW team to review progress and highlight issues/pending matters.
- Endorsement Issuance Tracking & Monitoring to maintain a daily record of all endorsement requests. To verify and reconcile details against HW reports. To prepare a monthly report for division meeting. To prepare a weekly report and to send weekly reminders via email to relevant teams for updates. To join monthly meetings with the HW team to track overall endorsement performance.
- Other OPS Management Tasks To save and organize submission documents and SOBs daily in the file store for quotation or discrepancy reference. To perform ad‑hoc checks requested by the sales team (example: member names, bill status, underwriting status, and billing requests).
- Non-OPS Management Tasks coordinate GEMC A and BAS meetings, including preparation of minutes and compilation of presentation slides. To assist in internal discussions for GCEBB and other channel arrangements. To handle procurement and arrangement of GCEBB stationeries and corporate items.
- Claims Management Support to coordinate with Direct Appointed TPAs (Computed, PMCare, MiCare, Medix), including meeting arrangements and follow‑up actions. Prepare and maintain summaries for each TPA, highlighting the key claim issues, follow‑up actions, and resolution status.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance / Risk Management, Economics, Finance, or Management.
- Candidates with a background in data analysis or operations management will be an added advantage.
