Job summary

FrieslandCampina Malaysia invites fresh graduates or those recently graduated to join a Protégé program within Corporate Internal Audit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager Corporate Internal Audit Asia, connecting to the global team to drive end-to-end process improvements and data-driven audit enhancements.

Job description

Corporate Internal Audit is undertaking several initiatives to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and data-driven decision making. As a Protégé, you will support projects focused on process improvement, technology implementation, and audit methodology optimisation. This role provides exposure to internal audit, project management, data analysis, and change management within a global environment.

The objective of this project is to support the ongoing transformation of the Internal Audit function by:

• Supporting the successful implementation and adoption of a new application.
• Improving audit efficiency through standardisation and process optimisation.
• Enhancing risk-based audit planning and scoping methodologies.
• Strengthening audit reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Developing data-driven insights to support resource allocation and audit execution.

Through this project you will:

• Contribute to the implementation of a new tool and related process improvements.
• Support the enhancement of risk-based scoping and audit planning methodologies.
• Assist in analysing audit workload and resource utilisation.
• Improve audit templates, documentation standards, and reporting processes.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or individuals who have graduated within the past two years.
• Must not have participated in a similar program offered by other Government-Linked Companies (GLCs).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admnistration or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
