Responsibilities


  • Assist the Site Admin team by requesting official company documents from the Company Secretary and organizing them properly for site-level needs.

  • Handle monthly utility bills and keep accurate records to ensure timely payments, act as the main contact for suppliers regarding installation, opening, or termination of services, and prepare and submit monthly utility reports.

  • Manage company Touch ‘n Go cards and accounts, ensuring payments are made before deadlines and coordinating with Finance to maintain sufficient balances.

  • Liaise with suppliers for opening or termination of utility services and address any issues that arise.

  • Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
