Responsibilities

• Assist in daily facility operations and maintenance activities (civil, electrical, and mechanical).
• Support routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repair works.
• Assist in monitoring building systems such as HVAC, electrical supply, plumbing, and basic civil works.
• Report defects, breakdowns, or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support coordination with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in maintaining maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, health, and infection control standards.
