Job description
- Manage and ensure Facilities Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) Civil operation activities—including Planned Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, Warranty Management, and User Requests—are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the Sustainability Program, including Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
