Responsibilities

• Prepare payment listing based on approved cashflow projections.
• Compile, sort, and print BRFs/PPLs and supporting documentation.
• Prepare payment vouchers based on approved BRFs and PPLs.
• Upload payments to the banking system once approved.
• Compile and reconcile Statement of Accounts of Accounts Payable monthly.
• Participate in accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.

Job description

Academic Qualification

Academic Qualification - Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or any related qualification.

Responsibilities

Preparing payment listing based on approved cashflow projections.

Compiling, sorting, and printing of BRFs/PPLs and supporting documentation required to process payments.

Preparing payment vouchers based on approved BRFs and PPLs.

Uploading payments to the banking system once payment vouchers are approved.

Ensure all Statement of Accounts of Accounts Payable are compiled and reconciled every end of the month.

Participate and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
