• Required languages are Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must possess own transport and license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service experience to homeowner.
• Maintain proper record of complaints, applications, defects.
• Handle and monitor customer complaints regarding defects progress.
• Deliver Vacant Possession and hand over property to purchaser.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on defects rectification progress.
• Engage and monitor 3rd party contractors.
• Liaise with Authorities regarding permits, licensing, bills.
