Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Malaysia seeks a dedicated retail support professional to demonstrate products and assist customers daily. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain clean displays, and ensure brand exposure with correct product installations as per client guidelines.

You will also register client and competitor displays in the outlet using the client system and collect customer feedback on products, pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and provide services to consumers every day
• Ensure products are in order, clean and adequate product stock
• Ensure in store brand exposure via correct product installation and POSM management as per Client’s guidelines
• Attend and provide good services to all walk in or call in customer
• To register all client and competitor’s display in the outlet through client’s system
• To feedback all customer feedback, both compliment and complaint on client’s product, price and promotion
