A leading glass company is seeking a Project Sales & Marketing Executive based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves developing social media strategies, creating content, and building community engagement. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in sales tools. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with clients. This position offers a dynamic environment to drive marketing initiatives and engage with stakeholders.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Define target audience and choose suitable platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, website).
Plan monthly content calendars with campaigns, posts, and promotions, updates.
2. Content Creation & Management
Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, trivia, newsletter, blogs, project updates).
3. Engagement & Community Building
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
Monitor conversations and participate in online communities.
Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
5. Market & Competitor Research
Stay updated on social media trends.
Monitor competitors’ social presence and campaigns.
Suggest new ideas to stay ahead in digital presence.
6. Contact stakeholders for presentations opportunities
To actively connect with architects, designers, owners, developers, institutions, contractors, institutions.
Assists with samples, replacements and delivery arrangements.
Vacancy:
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
Proficiency with sales/marketing tools (CRM, MS Office, social media platforms).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to capture new opportunities.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
Mandarin speaker is preferred for this position to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
