We are seeking a strategic, performance-driven Sales Engineer to accelerate our business growth within Malaysia’s fast-evolving solar energy sector.
This role combines technical expertise, strategic business acumen, and leadership excellence — ideal for a results-oriented professional who can bridge solar technology with commercial success.
The right candidate will be instrumental in driving large-scale solar project acquisitions, nurturing high-value partnerships, and contributing to Malaysia’s renewable energy transformation.

Identify, develop, and close solar project opportunities to meet revenue targets.
Build and lead a high-performing sales or project team.
Develop and execute market expansion and client acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Strengthen key client relationships and maintain strong post-sales engagement.
Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
Stay current on solar trends, ESG initiatives, and government energy policies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related technical fields preferred
3–5 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, engineering solution or related technical B2B sales
Experienced in Construction / Building / Engineering / Environmental / Waste Management / Manufacturing / Industrial Equipment industries are welcome to apply.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results with minimal supervision
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written)
Self-motivated, proactive, and open to travel when required
Driven, strategic, and passionate about clean energy growth.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
