A flooring solutions company in Malaysia is seeking a Project Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving project sales targets. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth delivery and installation of flooring products. Required qualifications include a diploma or degree in relevant fields and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the flooring or building materials industry.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual project sales targets.
Identify and secure new project opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Manage the full sales cycle from project inquiry, quotation, negotiation, to closing the deal.
Coordinate with internal teams (installation, project, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and installation of flooring materials.
Prepare and present product proposals, samples, and technical specifications to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive.
Attend site visits, meetings, and inspections to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and sales reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
Handle customer issues professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
Possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Construction, Interior Design, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in project sales, preferably within the laminated flooring, building materials, or interior-related industry.
Strong network and contacts within the construction, developer, and ID industry is an added advantage.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Independent, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
