Job summary

A leading company in project sales in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced salesperson. The role involves engaging with developers and designers, pursuing business opportunities, and providing sales support. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in sales within project-based sectors and proficiency in Mandarin and English. This position will require travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in project-based sectors such as construction, electrical, or building materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions.
• Engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and follow up to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications in new projects.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions.

· Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.

· Provide professional pre‑ and post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Track project pipelines and coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery and project timelines.

· Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in project‑based sectors such as construction, electrical, or building materials.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability and willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.
