Job summary

A leading security solutions company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Sales Manager to manage a sales force, design security solutions, and evaluate business deals. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or relevant fields, with at least 3 years of experience and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work independently and effectively engage with clients, focusing on achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
  • Must have CCTV experience in the past.
  • Experience in successful government projects is an added advantage.

Job description
  • To manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales to agencies thru local system integrators (SI) are preferably.
  • Able to design and recommend security solutions to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential by increasing departments sales volume.
  • Familiar with SWOT analysis and development projects (Building/Gov/GLC) tasks, operations, budgetary and completion timelines.
  • To assess potential business deals by evaluating and analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential risks, and financials options which meet customers or partners' need and goals.
  • Formulating, developing and executing to achieve the KPI sales target.
  • To actively engage and foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers, able to work independently and aggressively
Job Requirements
  • Education:Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Marketing,
  • Electronic engineering, Computer science, Information Technology and
    equivalent.
  • Skills:Good interpersonal and communication skills, acute market induction ability and strong ability of strain; Has high work enthusiasm.
  • Experience:To understand the industry market conditions; must have CCTV experience in the past; have successful government projects experience, security, IT. Possess strong sense of market sensitivity and insight knowledge of the local government agencies (e.g. JKR, KDN, KKM and State Governments) is an added advantage. At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
  • Work Location: For West Malaysia is based on HQ (Uptown 2).
