Job description

An International PMC hiring for multiple vacancies for Senior Project Managers (CSA), Senior Project Managers (MEP) and Design & Architectural Manager to be based in JB. Must have data centre construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the review and management of CSA tender scope, ensuring technical and programme compliance from tender issuance through to award.

Coordinate with design consultants and internal stakeholders to align tender documentation with project requirements.

Evaluate contractor submissions for compliance, value engineering opportunities, and programme feasibility.

Early Works Management

Prepare and manage early works tender packages, including direct negotiations where applicable.

  • Oversee execution of early works, including Piling and pile caps
  • In-ground services
Site setup and logistics

Review and coordination of drawings and WS3-4 design drawings.

Ensure compliance with AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) requirements for commencement of works.

Lead CSA scope from pre-construction through to early works completion.

Interface with client, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and quality.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Candidate Preferences
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on CSA works.
  • Proven track record in early works, sub and superstructure works for large-scale data centre or mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of local authority processes, permitting, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing early works packages and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

  • Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and taking action to stay within budget limitations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that MEP systems are installed and commissioned according to design specifications and quality standards.

With Data Centre Construction Experience – International PMC

This position coordinates the design & architectural aspects of data centre construction, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure designs meet client needs, are compliant with standards, and integrate with mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure while adhering to strict project schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities include managing scope, design delivery, coordinating with specialists like for CSA/MEP, and ensuring architectural solutions are innovative, sustainable, and resilient for the data centre's critical functions.

Candidates should have experience in data centre construction, coordinating design deliverables, managing consultants, and interfacing with client-side stakeholders during the pre-construction and early execution phases of data centre or mission‑critical projects.

Design Coordination

Oversee the architectural design development, ensuring it aligns with the overall data centre requirements and client goals.

Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration

Work with and coordinate architects, engineers (M&E, CSA, fire safety), IT experts, and contractors to create integrated designs.
