Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage projects ensuring profitability and quality at the program level.
• Assist the general manager in monitoring profit & loss for key accounts and reporting project status.
• Support the project team in resolving issues throughout implementation.
• Track, report, and present progress to management and customers.
• Act as the primary project interface with customers, ensuring satisfaction and developing relationships.
• Lead and manage the project team and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate knowledge transfer to engineers and subcontractors via mentoring, workshops, etc.
• Delegate, communicate, monitor, coach, and motivate all project team members regularly and positively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
• PMP & PRINCE certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in project management, cross‑functional communication skills, and analytic skill is preferred.
