We are seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives for our Malaysia and Asia business, spanning multiple sectors. This role is responsible for ensuring that all regional projects are effectively planned, executed, and completed on time and within scope. The Project Manager will define project objectives, manage timelines, and oversee quality standards and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a project from contract award through to its completion and online date.
  • Collaborate with departments to define the project's scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the project's mobilization and provide support during demobilization.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, managing stakeholder expectations with clear and timely communication.
  • Proactively manage changes to the project's scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of the completed project to the relevant operations manager or director, providing all necessary project information.
  • Conduct post-project reports to identify successful and unsuccessful elements and create recommendations for future projects.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members, holding them accountable for their tasks.
You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field of relevance.
  • At least 7 years of project management experience in the power industry.
  • Proven experience in people management and on-site operations.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • A demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects.
  • The capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in motivating, leading, and driving for results.
  • A solid technical background in electrical distribution systems, generator operations, and related procedures.
