Overview

We’re looking for a proactive leader to drive project delivery with strong outcomes in time, cost, quality, safety, and environment. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, guide teams, and ensure compliance with standards while managing risks and opportunities for success.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
• Monitor and control guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance.
• Advise contractors as well as consultants’ work progress.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).

What We\'re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience, with minimally 2-4 years of managerial capacity in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Involvement in Major Infra projects preferred.
• Well-versed in the processes of a project development.
