• Basic: MYR 9,500 - MYR 10,500

Job Description

• Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Estimating the cost of the project and ensuring financial resources are allocated for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Providing regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, internal teams, and other trades to schedule plumbing work and ensure smooth workflow, resolve conflicts, and address site issues.
• Site work done verification with Main Con.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage.
• Track, coordinate, and facilitate responses to RFIs and project needs.
• Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, vendor document approvals, etc.
• Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Pipeline or engineering industry.
• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
• Preferably knowledgeable in PIPELINE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, CAD drawings.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
