Job Description
- Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Estimating the cost of the project and ensuring financial resources are allocated for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Providing regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, internal teams, and other trades to schedule plumbing work and ensure smooth workflow, resolve conflicts, and address site issues.
- Site work done verification with Main Con.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage.
- Track, coordinate, and facilitate responses to RFIs and project needs.
- Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, vendor document approvals, etc.
- Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Pipeline or engineering industry.
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
- Preferably knowledgeable in PIPELINE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, CAD drawings.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
